Pros

Largest food service company in the world. Monday-Friday hours.

Cons

The fact that a unit manager has to work so many hours to complete what is required to do. There is always more paperwork to do. There should be an HR rep to take care of all of the HR work that is required and a safety trainer to keep everyone on task for what the expectations are that can work with staff hands on. Of course it is never enough pay in this industry.
