Senior Management!!! Training is sub par, you're basically on an island left to fend for yourself and then cut off at the knees if you don't perform to specs. No standardized training for a corporate monster that has a system, report and documentation for every possible action yet no one seems to really be tasked with the tools to help managers and chefs understand all the critical points they stress as values, guidelines and protocol. My Manager frequently likes to ask me to call someone else for answers and seems to get frustrated if I press her for information.

Leadership values employees and work/life balance. For anyone who has worked in Hotels or Restaurants, this is a dream job. Expectations are high, but not unattainable. Great opportunities for advancement in your career.

Cons

Most Opportunities are M-F only, not a lot of weekend work.

Free food, but super low quality. The money was decent.

Cons

Terrible work/life balance. Upper management were proponents of a master/slave dynamic; untenable and unworkable labor standards that burned out the staff and was reflected in the customer service; harassing comments by upper management; general ineptitude on that part of management.
