      Balance of work and family is skewed to work. We say family first, but that is a lie.

      I've been in the culinary field over 40 yrs and this is the first time in my life I have had nights and weekends off for the most part. The quality of life with my family has grown immensely.

      The only issue we have is filling job openings, because of the company's policies and advertising

      We been work for Eurest Service in New Jersey for 10 Years and we just have 2 weeks of vacation and people that just start for the company have same vacations we think thats rediculus absurd.
