Pros

The people you work with in support staff are great people to work with, generally speaking.

Cons

The managers beyond the Executive chef level are corporate suck ups, for lack of a better description. They rarely promote from within and talk a good game from interview on, to make you 'think' there are advancement opportunities, but in general, they would prefer to keep you at the level you're at if you're making the customers happy, so that they do not have to change a formula within an account.

Pros

We had very good management. One of our bosses cared extremely for all employees. We worked as a team, rather than as modern slave labor.

Cons

Our top boss, while a good person was new to the business and spent all of his time in his office dealing with paperwork, He would interact with us if we entered his office, but little on the area around the plant.
