      Pros

      It's a day shift only job, Monday thru friday and you're off by 2:30pm no later than 4:00pm some of the customers are GREAT!!!

      Cons

      No room for advancement if you're already a grill chef the next spot after grill chef is chef manger and most chef managers stay a manger forever the pay really sucks

      Learn something new everyday and awesome coworkers always willing to help. Always busy so there will always be something to do

      Cons

      Always on your butt and head chef doesn't do much but yell at everybody . Pay can be a lot better for amount of work I do
