Pros

Cool co-workers you get to meet, free lunch, it was Monday thru Friday so weekends off which was good. Since I worked in a bank I would get all the holidays off

Cons

The managers would pay favorites and give whatever days off to them. You would have to fight for a raise. The chef didn't care about anything and would disappear half the time and get upset if anything went wrong or if we didn't have a product that he was suppose to order. At times the chef would be borderline racist. False promises. Never room for advancement.

Pros

Good benefits, coworkers and perks. The ability to eat the food that is cooked saves a lot of money that would be paid for lunch.

Cons

Same customers every day means that you have to deal with both positive and negative people every day. Night crew is neglected and needs more employees.
