Cons

Less competitive salary comparing to peers in the industry. Slow promotion. Slow salary increase every year. Rare rotation within the company. Bonus and stock options are not attractive.

Great health benefits and tuition reimbursement. Decent pay. Lots of training opportunities. Working for a market leader in an exciting field.

Cons

Lots of inexperienced and unqualified people in key positions create major bottlenecks. Complete lack of accountability. Disorganized and chaotic. Very focused on being perceived as being good at what they do not so much on the reality.
