Pros

Ericsson is a very good company to work with because it gives you the freedom to learn and has an excellent training program

Cons

Ericsson is not a very good pay master but it doesnt even pay bad. the pays are OK. Reason maybe they know their worth in market

Pros

At Ericsson, you are able to work nearly anywhere in the world and have career opportunities in all areas and directions. The workforce is very diverse and multi-national, like a small United Nations. New CEO Hans Vestberg brings youthful brilliance and fresh ways of thinking. Great things are happening at Ericsson!

Cons

There is a lack of leadership opportunities for women. Although they say they want to change this fact, it has been a hollow effort up to now. Women played a bigger role in the 90's but women's roles have actually regressed over the last decade at Ericsson in North America. There are 0 women on the executive leadership team in North America and only about 8% in the extended leadership team. New employees are pretty much on their own when trying to get up to speed. There are lots of training opportunities and people are patient with you as you learn - but you need to seek the information for yourself. Network and find helpful people - they're all over Ericsson.

Great and fair company. The humanity counts, the people are usually people, not only resources.

Cons

Slow decision making in high level of management. Slow changes. The company keeps people, so usually worse engineers are staying, betters are going.
