supervisors are just the ones who stayed the longest, no room to advance, micromanagement

Pros

Work life balance and salary / bonus structure. Compensation and benefits were very good. Bonus structure was amazing. Very sales and marketing focused environment.

Cons

Not a good company for someone that wants to be judged on their talents and capabilities. Very much a popularity contest. Nepotism at the worst that I have ever experienced in my career.
