Pros

It's an excellent option to balance your personal and work life, because I don't spend hours or money traveling through the city to get to an office. The work environment is A1, and our leaders are well trained. And we also learn a lot about mindfulness and self reflection.

Cons

The areas of improvement that I've seen were already addressed and taken care of, so I don't have anything negative to add.
