      The people you work with are the real value.

      Cons

      HR and VP's more interested in bottom line than working conditions. Will say one thing, but look the other way when issues arise.

      Pros

      The people are cool and there are a ton of very talented young adults that work here. We all try our best to be exceptional in the work we do.

      Cons

      We have these surveys but they don't seem to care or maybe they are in denial of the truth. They refuse to believe that the comments on glassdoor.com are true. 12 hour shifts with a 30 minute lunch is inhumane. Training is inefficient yet they will throw you under the bus if something goes off air.
