EDM is an Affirmative Action Employer Your boss will hold your hand and take punches for you until you're ready to steer the car yourself Coworkers are around your age with your same level of experience and are fun to work with

Cons

EDMATL has a really bad culture of blame-throwing that's so off-putting it makes you think twice about blinking less you get blamed for a network outage Most managers are great at what they do, but some are new to management, and while they have a wide range of technical skills, their managements skills are poor. They micromanage, they talk about coworkers to other employees in such an unprofessional and negative light that it's hard to take the management seriously HR is a nightmare. EDMATL reminds me of a dysfunctional family
