Pros
***Only reasons I gave Two stars*** -Free coffee (you will absolutely need it here). -After working 90 days, you get a pretty decent amount of Holiday, & Sick time (that they try to limit your use of), and Vacation hours are accrued every two weeks. -You either get 3 off days and 10 hour work shifts, or 2 off days and 8 hour work shifts. -You get to make friends by collectively agreeing that this is an awful place to work, so talking makes the time go by faster (when management is not pestering you). -Some of the Supervisors and Managers are genuinely good, hard-working people that don't try to make things more complex than they have to be. -The pay isn't competitive, but it isn't terribly low either.
Cons
-Abrupt and unorganized shift scheduling. Scheduling could make much more sense, but it's like they don't even care to TRY to accommodate people. -Majority of the people in authoritative roles are not on one accord with one another, they all say different things when it comes down to instruction and they lack people skills. -Majority of HR is not all that helpful in terms of support. -Trying to operate constant malfunctioning software with little to no correct direction. -Unrealistic expectations for the employees. Example: Don't eat, drink, breathe too hard, stand up too much, don't talk a lot, don't slouch, or ever pull out your phone. Just sit still for 8, or 10-12 hours in semi- uncomfortable chairs, to watch multiple screens of programming over & over, and tend to your playlist if you don't have any Live Events to tend to for the day. -They took the "free" lunch away, so if you don't bring your own, good luck trying to find something to eat with the measly 30 minute break they give you (if you're fortunate enough to even get a break). -You will do things outside of your job description, but your pay rate will remain the same. -The pay isn't competitive.
