Some people just don't get a lunch break during your 12 hour shift. Yeah, 12 hours! Half the day, in one place doing what would be equivalent of 5 jobs at a real broadcast facility. You get comments made around you like, "We can hire anyone off the street to do these jobs" or "We plan to cut cost by hiring more apprentices". Beware of this company at all cost. If you are smart then this is not the place for you to work. If you are an idiot then this is the perfect place for you to work. It seems as the only way to get a promotion if to mess something up. Over and over and over again until hire ups say, "lets just give you a promotion".

1) Treats there employees like children, and not actual adults and coworkers. 2) Get written up for the most minor things. Example: taking to long of a bathroom break, coming back 2 minutes late after from a meal break. 3) During working hours employees are on the phone doing personal business and the on call supervisor does nothing about it. 4) When a person needs a bathroom break the on call supervisor is no where to be found and cannot be contacted for hours on end. 5) When hired told the company that my first child would be born within the next few months. Was told i would have coverage for my shifts so I could spend time with my family. When the day arrived of the birth of my child I was back to work less then 8 hours after my child was born due to the fact that they "couldn't arrange coverage for my shift." That same night after my shift was over the person that was to relieve me never came in and i had to work extra hours after already being up for 48 hours straight. 6) If you sleep you way through management you can go far in the company. I could write a book about this place but the above are only a few to mention.
