      Pros

      Great peers and co-workers, great employee discounts (up to 60% off), flexible schedules, no micromanaging, lots of creative freedom with floorsets,

      Cons

      poor compensation, not enough payroll, very disorganized promos, constant promo and test promo changes requiring schedule changes last minute, heavy workload and cannot hire experienced staff due to such low wages, 40 hrs of PTO and can only accrue 3 hrs every pay period, extremely small storage rooms make it a nightmare.

      Nothing about the business. Liquidation and closure of the brand was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do.

      management... almost two years with no review and no raise. this was a district directive. very mean girl TOXIC, ego centric coming down from upper management. poorly run on all levels. we know that a company that is run like that, will fail! lol they are now out of business
