      Pros

      I stayed with the company because of the DTL that hired me. The culture of the company or what I thought it was, small team, boutique feel.

      Cons

      Catty! they make you do their dirty work, be stretched thin and then have an “at will” issue after 2 years, running multiple boutiques at once, being number 1 the first full year I was there in the district. “People first” is a joke. Never documented, never written up.. something stinks and it wasn’t me.

      Flexibility, great community, growth opportunities, supportive executives

      Nothing about the business. Liquidation and closure of the brand was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do.

      management... almost two years with no review and no raise. this was a district directive. very mean girl TOXIC, ego centric coming down from upper management. poorly run on all levels. we know that a company that is run like that, will fail! lol they are now out of business
