Pros
There is no office. You can be at home 365 days a year and never go to the office. There is no one breathing down your neck.
Cons
There is no office. All meetings are held in a virtual world. I’ve been there a while and haven’t even spoken to my broker. The broker to agent ratio may be crazy. Feel like I’m on an island by myself. This is not a good place for new realtors at all. No sense of team, support,
Or any type of office buzz... not sure how this company is getting such high ratings.

You HAVE to find the right team in your area, otherwise you will feel like you are swimming in an ocean on your own with lots of valuable resources but no idea which way to swim.
