      Pros

      relaxed working environment, flexible working hours and flexible projects oriented workscope. you have a good work life balance, and good learning platform.

      Cons

      boring for energetic, positive adults that strives for much more. middle management is fickle and not able to make decisions, and when they make it, it is not unanimous, causes extra work and justifications amongst engineers.

      Benefits and location are the only pros to working here

      Cons

      Very toxic environment, almost no opportunities for raises or growth despite what they tell you. They lied about a lot of things I asked about when I interviewed for the position.
