If you have zero talent and no other company would hire you than this organisation suitable for you. Most of private schools infrastructure much better than adidas Tech Hub office.
Cons
* MNC just a name for adidas ,it's benefits and facilities in India is worse than LALA companies. Company charge half amount of your cab facility from your salary, Half amount for meals from your salary. At the time of Interview they said all the facilities provided by the company but they have not shared their T&C. *DEI is just as a formality for company, practically HR is decider and run the company. *Most of the work has been done by externals employees and they treat them like day laborer and most of the facilities even the adidas free issue masks not given to externals employees. Feeling sad to see such kind of behaviour done by the company on the other hand they said we are committed to DEI. *The workload can be quite heavy at times, which can make it difficult to maintain work-life balance. This is something that I think the company could work on to make sure that employees don't feel overwhelmed or burnt out. *There is zero fun and camaraderie activities. Nowadays school events more joyful as compared to adidas HQ event. They served gol gappe and tikki on Holi and Diwali event, that's it.
