      Company Car Represent excellent quality products

      Cons

      Regional Management layer will protect themselves at ALL costs. Many very solid sales leaders were witch hunted out the door through HR pressure tactics directed at field staff. Staff felt pressured to give a poor report. Targeted Leaders were those viewed as a talent threat to the Regional Mgmnt positions.

      Pros

      Great size company. Not too big to be overly corporate but not too small to grow your career. However for higher management positions they seem like they hire outside the organization a lot.

      Cons

      Wurth was great for a long time but had poor performance and it seemed like there was a over correction to drive employees to success (flexibility removed, bonuses removed). Felt like a punishment. Many people left.
