      Small territory, Management works only for themselves not for the reps, when you make to much money they give you a 30% target increase

      Pros

      You are able to meet and work with many different manufacturers in the industry. Coworkers were very friendly at our branch location. Traveling is a plus without being overbearing.

      Cons

      Pay was a bit low. Higher-up structure can be tricky to navigate.
