Pros

Good hourly pay Free stuff Good discount

Cons

Not enough hours Not a lot of teamwork going on Not enough training for new employees Favoritism High school mindset, gossip Clique-y attitudes No appreciation towards employees who work the hardest Never any meetings to discuss issues or conversations to resolve issues Long time employees don't get much more than a new hire, what's up with that? No more commission, sells millions but can't help out the sellers a bit more? Snobby customers Too many coupon exclusions, causes issues between cashiers and customer VS AND PINK need to carry bigger bra and clothing sizes, makes employees look bad like we don't support a big sized gal, we love them all shapes and sizes Seems like all managers care about are numbers, not helping associates/sellers/cashiers become better at what they're doing or offer extra training If you decide to put your two-weeks in, prepare to feel like you're basically sitting alone in a huge cafeteria during lunch in highschool. Managers literally avoid employees who they don't want to work there anymore? Like above, managers will do anything without telling you because of personal issues. Personally they CUT my hours and now i'm saying goodbye to this literal hell.

Pros

Remote, work-life balance, easily post shifts and get vto if you want it

Cons

Hours fluctuate way too much, and repetitive, brainless type of calls. You're walked all over, and have to play stupid with customers because of their "assume good intent" policy, but WOW the amount of people who take advantage of this wild. You will see hundreds of dollars refunded on numerous back-to-back orders of the same person claiming they didn't get their package, or coupons and gift cards, nonstop, with customers always complaining. The complaints from customers still in store on their treatment from store managers and supervisors are shocking, I've had calls hearing those workers yellling at customers. The type of work and level of needing to play stupid is just not for me. I also didnt care for never getting a straight answer from managers, trainers, higher-ups. Everything is always beating around the bush. One time hours were cut back a lot, and they blamed the tariffs that the president imposed, which made no sense. Come to find out from a long-term employee that it was just the usual slow time. It's a weird work environment that you just can't take seriously. If you want remote work, take it for the experience on your resume, but move on.
