Pros

-free gratis every month. -30% discount -not challenging job mentally, very easy to do. -other associates who weren't permanent staff were lovely.

Cons

Word of warning, if you're a seasonal/temporary employee, the permanent associates are not nice to you, two faced and liars. Having to deal with unsanitary work conditions I.E. dealing with dirty/used panties was DISGUSTING and abhorrent. Rude customers and even worse managers who once yelled at the staff on the shop floor in front of customers. Scheduling was ridiculous, 7am shifts for weeks on end that were unchangeable. On your feet all day and aren't even allowed to lean on door frames and if you did, even for a second, you'd get told off as if you were a child. Younger employees were treated as infants compared to older employees even if you do the same job. Gave temporary staff the worst jobs, with little instruction and get mad when you don't know how to do it and for the amount of work done every day, the pay is ridiculously low. The worst part, however, was the management. Always nagging you to interact with customers and ‘move with intent’ yet when you spent too long with customers they’d tell you to leave it to the sales team…completely contradictory. Every manager had a different idea of how to do things and when you were moved to do another task, the other manager would ask why you are no longer doing what they asked you to do and instead of them communicating about what the associates should do, they yelled at us instead, as if we were the problem.

Pros

Remote, work-life balance, easily post shifts and get vto if you want it

Cons

Hours fluctuate way too much, and repetitive, brainless type of calls. You're walked all over, and have to play stupid with customers because of their "assume good intent" policy, but WOW the amount of people who take advantage of this wild. You will see hundreds of dollars refunded on numerous back-to-back orders of the same person claiming they didn't get their package, or coupons and gift cards, nonstop, with customers always complaining. The complaints from customers still in store on their treatment from store managers and supervisors are shocking, I've had calls hearing those workers yellling at customers. The type of work and level of needing to play stupid is just not for me. I also didnt care for never getting a straight answer from managers, trainers, higher-ups. Everything is always beating around the bush. One time hours were cut back a lot, and they blamed the tariffs that the president imposed, which made no sense. Come to find out from a long-term employee that it was just the usual slow time. It's a weird work environment that you just can't take seriously. If you want remote work, take it for the experience on your resume, but move on.
