Witnessed racial/homophobic slurs from management of the Customer Care Department. Inappropriate workplace touching with male colleagues from management. When there is ever an incentive management shout aggressively and blackmail. In the 11 months of working at Verisure there were 10 members of staff who have left due to treatment. This whole experience has had a massive negative effect on mental health and confidence.
