Disgusting Pay under Minimum wage if you cant meet targets ,no allowance for current pandemic Bullied by managers and disiplined if you CANT not wont meet your unrealistic targets NOT family friendly ,thought working for Spanish company would mean they care about families NOT TRUE they dont care making you work long hours into the night cold calling when supposed to adhering to covid guidelines 7 days a week if you are struggling getting people to.buy alarms No support from managers just bullying meeting having a go on you having to work harder Seemed like I was working in a third world country sweat shop MASSIVE turn around of staff what does thst tell you Making you do massive journeys going out of your area that expands every week No family life so forget if you want a work life balance Dont let you have time off if your targets arnt good telling you your rubbish when its because of covid restrictions I could go on all day Forget having a relationship when working here because when your home yourcstill working doing paperwork ,calls emails
