      Good and helpful co workers

      Management fires people with notice on the day of termination, sales numbers don't matter. I had colleagues with 5 sales in the month they got fired.

      Boss is 5 hours away. Some schedule flexibility.

      Cons

      They own you. You are on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week. No holidays. No vacations. No kids’ birthday parties.
