      This is my 4th year working in Verisure and always had support to develop as individual and employee, I definely don't feel my self as just a number

      Pros

      Boss is 5 hours away. Some schedule flexibility.

      Cons

      They own you. You are on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week. No holidays. No vacations. No kids’ birthday parties.
