Pros

As an employee, I got to go to Universal Studios whenever I wanted. I would get discounts on food and merchandise.

Cons

You are on your feet a lot and also will run into some tough situations with guests.

Pros

They are very helpful when it comes to your growth in the company. Benefits are good and pay is decent! Also why weekly pay and you can come in for hours if needed

Cons

Shifts can be short at least at my venue. The longest shift you’ll have is 8hrs, minus your lunch about 7.25 hrs. Sometimes you get shifts of 5hrs. Part timers don’t really get much benefits besides health and park tickets. No pto , no bereavement etc.
