Management wages are not comparable to the demands of the job. Very fast paced, company values loyalty metrics and sets astronomical selling goals for stores. Supply chain is really slow, items are never in stock online or in store. Company claims they value diversity and inclusion, but neither are prioritized or taken seriously if something is reported. Very demanding based on the sector of retail, and product isn't even that great.
