      Big organisation and passionate about its mission

      Cons

      Senior managers struggle with managing staff. Everyone focused on their little bit so rail does not talk to buses or river services and so on. No pay rise or bonus for three years. Salaries are not competitive.

      The company is growing fast and a positive disruptor in the industry. Every employee can make a difference to the bottom line and elevate our position even more. People are a top priority and there is no lack of work to go around, which is both challenging and fun.
