Pros
It’s a fast paced environment with good career progression. There are amazing groups of people from all over the world, if you are looking for an international atmosphere this is definitely the place. Great perks for those that work hard, such as the quarterly wheel spin with holiday prizes around the world.
Cons
For some a fast paced environment can be a bit of a struggle – at the start there will be long hours as there are with most new jobs as you’re learning the ropes. However this does change as you become more experienced with the role. This job is definitely challenging and pushes you to learn new things, can’t really say this is a con though!
