The interview process is easy because there is so much turnover. Lots of nepotism. "Managers" are family members. Extremely unprofessional and, at times, decisions made are illogical and go against the mission of the organization. Again, DO NOT make the mistake of applying for/accepting employment at this organization. The company even tries to lure potential employees with a bonus. However, if you make the mistake and accept employment and do not stay for at least two years, you have to return the bonus.
