Pros

They have great benefits, 5 weeks vacation, 35 hour work, and great work-life balance. They also have a big company party every year and a holiday gift.

Cons

There is not much room to move up. The salaries are low, not at all competitive with other companies. I guess they make up for it by giving a lot of vacation time, which is great for people who have kids. The work culture is also very unfriendly at times. People don't want to talk to you if they don't have to, and will actually walk right by you without acknowledging you! It was very bizarre, especially when I started working here!

Pros

Very supportive team. The best thing about Tommy was my coworkers. I could not have asked for a better group of people to work with and learn from. Also really good benefits for the industry, though I think they got worse for new hires during my time there.

Cons

Upper management often felt reactive, though unfortunately, I doubt it's much better elsewhere. I think that the retail industry overall has had some difficult years due to macro conditions outside anyone in the industry's/company's control.
