Pros

I've met some of the most intelligent people here. Many have taken up employment at TW from higher paying jobs just because of the amazing work culture and camaraderie. Especially in India, where attrition is very high, TW seems to be able to attract and keep some great talent.

Cons

Expectations and roles are extremely abstract. Sometimes, that's a great thing to have, but as a newcomer, its very hard to figure out exactly what you need to do. Extreme weightage is also given for "tenure" at the company.
