      Mission oriented, good benefits, decent work life balance, networking

      Cons

      Colorado is currently bleeding staff because of the upper leadership. If you want to work for some of the most micromanaging and disconnected managers who belittle you and your work, commit questionable hiring acts, and generally don't care about you as an individual, TFA is for you.
