It’s ok - Director, Development Teach for America Employee Review

As a college student looking into their fellowship program, they were very informative and helpful whenever I had questions. Working with the students for a semester was very fulfilling. I never had any issues with any of the local school staff or the TFA administration. There are plenty of opportunities for growth.

Because it is a nonprofit organization working with educators and students, the pay can be less than optimal, but even then the work is so fulfilling that it's not necessarily a con in my opinion.

Great culture and atmosphere to all employees.

I have not encounter one so far.
