Pros
Job Security is the best part of TCS. Their medical Insurance with MeddyBuddy is also another good perk of joining TCS.
Cons
Very Low Salary and compensation. Also, the Yearly hike is never double-digit. The average performer is 5% which is even lower than the current inflation rate in 2022. They need to revise the salary structure at least else many valuable employees will be leaving the company. Also, they are working on very old back-dated technologies in some projects from around 2008 that need to be changed
