      Many compensation and benefits are provided to customer. Health insurance scheme is very good.

      It's a company with more than 2 lakhs employees. It is easy to get lost in the organisation. It is not easy to switch between departments

      Will get opportunity to work on various type of projects.

      Cons

      Salary is comparably low. Project allocation main based on the availability. Sometime need to work on project which are not meant for you.
