1. If you want a stable Job and attempt a long term career this is a good place. 2. Good Learning opportunity 3. If you are smart enough you can finish your daily job within 8-9 hours even if the project is in tight. 4. This is paradise for Senior Management 5. Pays on time
Cons
1. Compensation Sucks. 2. Employee evaluation is biased 3. Thoughe there is sizable Onsite opportunity the ratio is declining day by day. 4. No bonus, poor promotion process 5. Location transfer is next to impossible. 6. Too disributed to contact specific section 7. Senior management is not very good at getting similar productivity from junior associate. 8. Risky place for mid career associate
