Pros
TCS offered promises of growth and no relocation necessary. Not needing to relocate was a poor reason to move into this position. Recruiters oversold the opportunity. It is clear that TCS could be solid, but there are many challenges in diversity and culture holding back great things from happening.
Cons
TCS is clearly not a North American company. All the approaches, the patterns and the culture are against advancement for non TCS standard employees. It is clear that there is limited intention to advance native geography based personnel and there is no accountability for sales and growth among leaders. TCS is even willing to market what it knows it cannot deliver. It is willing to fake it.
