      Good compensation benefits Stable company with consistently good financials Some strong leaders. Good processes Half Fridays off.

      Cons

      Fast paced for luxury industry. No boundaries between work and personal time off - be expected to be on standby or to reply even while on time off. Culture can be clique-ish and toxic at times Easy to burn out.

      Great Place to work, great benefits, good work life balance, great office environment

      Cons

      strict hybrid schedule (Tues - Thurs) but you do get PTO and a lot of options to create a good balance
