Pros
You get to work with people all over the world. Those managers in other countries tend to be better leaders than the ones we have here in the states. The work-life balance is generally pretty good even though I typically worked 60 hours per week.
Cons
Now is not a good time to work at TEC because they laid off thousands of people two years ago and have been bringing in directors/VPs/presidents ever since. They also have multiple consultants trying to send them in the right direction and oftentimes the leadership doesn't even listen to the consultants. In other words, TEC is always in reorginization mode and nobody seems to be able to make a decision at the sr mgmt level. It is just a matter of time before they clean house once again.
