      Pros

      Remote work for now. PTO and parental leave

      Cons

      Work culture is absolutely toxic. Management changes all the time and each one wants to make their mark. Pay is stagnant. The systems are as unstable and antiquated. Literally at least one critical system is down a week. The culture of "inclusion" is weaponized on staff.
