Pros
The work culture is good. People are generally good to work with. Germany based company so over all good culture.
Cons
The organisational structure is unnecessarily complex. Too much work load due to 50% lay off in Germany sometime back. Technically very backward. Using lot of old school tech. People still use skype here.
