None of these people are in high school, but they act like it. So much drama, and he said/she said, not much gets done. HR is non-existent, as bullying and harassment goes unpunished. There's no training, no investment in employees, and everyone is burnt out. "Raises" are usually 2% of whatever you're making, even if your department makes millions. Employees aren't valued.
