Pros
Although it is a some what large company there were always employees that you could call friends and even get together after hours. For the most part, every one is serious about their roll they have and professional at the workplace, but also very lighthearted and had a fun towards life attitude.
Cons
No acknowledgement for hard work, direct project manager taking credit for your work, also blaming you for their mistakes and no ambition for future projects. The severe lack of intelligent directors/managers and the unwillingness to promote a better person for the job. Always empty promises and nothing to back it up.
