Pros
Opens up new opportunities. Management trust young managers who put lots of work and prove themselves. Gives regional support to make sure companies within the region achieve their target.
Cons
Matrix Management is there which sometime can be confusing to a certain extent for certain position specially top one. At the end, It does not make a huge difference since all is aligned to reach annual target requirement.
