Smaller shop means you enjoy a much broader role than you would at a bulge bracket. You are encouraged to be opportunistic and make business where you can.
Cons
it is a second tier bank and the salary and bonus correspondingly reflect that. Despite the smaller size, teams can still operate on quite a siloed basis and origination opportunities can be missed.
