Pros
Staff and management are very friendly and helpful. Career development is prioritised and staff have access to free online courses on a range of work-related subjects. There is free lunch and staff loan rates are perhaps the best incentive to settle and build a career. There are training opportunities each year, some of which includes international travel.
Cons
I.T department seems to be the weakest link in the company and a challenge to work with. Mediocrity and non-performance doesn't seem to have any consequences leading to widespread apathy in some departments.
