Pros
In my experience, there isn't a single "pro" of working for this company. If you are extremely, extremely passionate about the product, you might survive. But even those who are passionate still find themselves miserable and are looking for other work daily.
Cons
If you thrive in dysfunction, this is the job for you! There is confusion, frustration, rudeness, and incompetence from top to bottom. The CEO is a nice man who had a good idea but is now out of his league, fighting daily with clueless executives who are usually out fishing instead of solving real problems. No raises and frequent layoffs (it's no secret the company is in deep financial trouble). The team spirit, friendliness, or camaraderie that they tout as a mission statement does not exist internally. Lawsuits against the company all the time (some are public that you can look up). Most meetings are just people deep-sighing or nervous laughing about "you know how it is around here." People are hired for roles they have no expertise in and are playing pretend. Most employees are just trying to survive while they find new work. Do yourself a favor and take literally any other job.
